The third Stakeholder Meeting occurred April 5th with a major focus on research and analysis sharing from the consultant team. The presentation lasted about an hour and a half with questions, comments and responses throughout and at the end. To this date, the consultant team was about half way through the analysis and opportunities portion of the study. Further analysis and scenario testing will be the next phase of study. The Stakeholders provided great insight and thoughtful comments, questions and requests for the consultant team to consider in the remaining analysis and opportunities phase of the study.
