This team is lead by the City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development Department of Long-Range Planning. The City’s team is supplemented by a planning team led by MKSK and supported by Greenstreet, Policy Analytics, Gibbs Planning Group, Empower Results, VS Engineering, and Toole Design Group.
This process is designed to be engaging with regular interface with a 23-member Stakeholder Committee, Individual Stakeholder Meetings, Informal Coffee Chats, Surveys, Two Public Workshops and an Open House.
